This one is a Decca recording, and was eventually reissued on London’s Stereo Treasury Series label. Vienna’s Sofiensaal had a characteristic sound that shows up on every Vienna Philharmonic recording that Decca made there, from the 1950s to when they finally stopped recording there (1980s, I think).
