Hi, I have 2 shaded dogs and 1 white dog copy all various stamper numbers. There is a different back cover with a small paragraph of text and no track listings, some copies have an insert. I am curious about these variations. thanks, Stephanie

Hi Stephanie,

I bet the earlier versions of this record have the insert and paragraph about Dynagroove on the back, like these two do, for example:

I think RCA used the back cover w/ insert approach when Dynagroove was initially introduced in order to explain it. Once Dynagroove had been out for while, they began making versions of these records with traditional back covers and no inserts.

If only RCA had skipped Dynagroove altogether :).
